I was trying to get a puppy from a breeder in Jacksonville, FL. I was only to pay $375, which included delivery. I paid $150 as a deposit and was then told to pay the rest upon delivery. Well, apparently, the breeder was going to use a delivery service https://navifylogistics.com/. The delivery service contacted me and stated that the puppy could not be delivered without a crate. To rent a crate was $1000. Once I gave them the $1000, they said that I needed to pay $1600 for the puppy to be microchipped. I told them no. They said they couldn't deliver the puppy until she was microchipped. We went back and forth with texts. Then, they dropped the price to $225, which is what I owe the breeder when the puppy was delivered. I told them I would when the puppy gets delivered. They said they needed it before. I finally told them I don't want the puppy. But they keep texting me asking when I am going to come up with the money. I have a lot of texts from the delivery services and quite a few chats on facebook with the breeder. Needless to say, I am out $1000 and no puppy.
