I placed two separate orders, and one was listed as “unpaid” despite the charge going through paypal. Unsure if I had just not paid it, I tried to pay again and made a double payment. I immediately reached out to request a refund via paypal and my payments were to two separate PayPal accounts with different emails from an anonymous email site. The names on PayPal were completely different from the names on the emails, to the point that the PayPal payments were made to women while the email addresses were in men’s names. I tried to email directly as well as message through their contact us page. When I tried to email the support@papercrafters nest.net email directly, I received notice that the email address did not exist. Their available stock was too much for the item (which has been discontinued) as well as listed at a sharply discounted price.
