Use of "sanctioned" sports rules for an iOS app... I'm wanting to build an iOS app that helps people learn rules to sports games (football, basketball, etc), but before I embark on this adventure, I want to be sure I'm not going to get taken to court for using [NFHS](http://www.nfhs.org/), NCAA, of NFL rules within the application. Their respective rulebooks are all available online for free (you can also purchase the high school rules as an actual book), but they all say they are copyrighted. Could I possibly refer to the rules within my application as "High School Rules," "College Rules," and "Pro Rules" vs "NFHS," "NCAA," and "NFL" Rules? I not quite sure how the rules of a sport can be copyrighted and how that affects what I'd like to do. Thanks for any help!
