First, let me be very clear ***I do not condone drinking and driving in any way*** but I am absolutely against any and all forms of censorship and this seems like a HUGE violation of the charter of rights and freedoms. There are strict laws in place to prevent hate crime / discrimination based propaganda which is also not something I condone. I do however think everyone should be able entitled to their own opinion even if they may be Morally/Ethically wrong. These laws have been bent and abused to prosecute people for things that they never would have been in USA.
