When I sent photos that the product had a plastic ball instead of rose quartz, they offered to credit $5, then $10. I asked for a full refund. They said to ship the product back. It would cost almost as much money to ship the product back, and I would be out even more money!! Who knows if they would even credit me. Last time I sent a product to another company for credit, they said the product was damaged and they couldn't credit me. Damaged? Really? It was a Stainless Steel Espresso Maker and packed in bubble wrap and cardboard. I spent almost $20 to return it. This was an excuse to not refund me my money. I asked for photos and they said it was the shipping center who said it was damaged and couldn't provide any photos. I will never return a product again expecting credit. I learned the hard way. Although I like to support small business, these two examples make me not trust them. I will continue to order from Amazon since they are guaranteed with shipping and receiving credit on products.
