Optimal Health Products has billed my credit card $160 I was dumb. Got sucked into one of those facebook ads, followed a link that said something to the tune of: "Lose weight fast! Just pay shipping and handling!" No where in the order form or confirmation email did it say I was signing up for a monthly shipment of (what might as well be) dog shit. Tried cancelling the order through their website ("Use the appropriate "Easy Cancel" button below to cancel your membership online immediately!). Surprise, surprise: "Unfortunately, we cannot manage your account through our web portal." They're toll free number is closed. I've sent a strongly worded email to their support address asking for shipments to be stopped and all charges reversed. Will update when something happens.
