Got a text saying I owed $184.45 optimun.net/bill. I wasn't aware of this company or me owing that amount of money. All the prompts online were geared towards making a payment. I got a hold of their Cust Svc # and the rep wanted more info on me. I gave my name, they already had my # but could only find an account in the name of Barbara "R". who apparently used my number. Internet service provided who doesn't offer service in my area of residence. I was told they had to have my address to complete the form to have my number removed from the account.
