I saw an ad on Facebook, in which an old Southern U.S. man was showing the different Halloween earrings he made for sale. This ad linked to Outloma.com where I ordered four pairs of earrings. Without notice and contrary to the online ad, the website claimed the earrings would be shipped from the UK, so I was required to pay an additional PayPal fee on top of the $30.36 I was charged. After several months of tracking my package, which appeared to be stuck in a facility in the Southern U.S., I emailed Outloma asking if they could assist since the tracking information they provided did not disclose the shipping company. Several weeks later I finally received a package addressed to the wrong address, apparently sent from Queens, NY. The package had 4 sets of earrings, all the same, none of which I actually ordered. So I emailed Outloma again, requesting that they fix the situation or return my money. They initially offered me $1. The next email exchange, they offered me $3. The last email exchanged, in which I asked that they stop playing games and act like a professional business, they said the most they could reimburse me would $7 and they've done everything they could. They did not ask for the earrings they sent by mistake, citing the exorbitant shipping costs. I again asked for my money back, not even including the absurd PayPal fees. Please do not order from Outloma. They appear to be using small businesses to gouge consumers with undisclosed fees, unfilled orders and the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
