I was scammed by a 'real person' I became a part of a supposed romance scam .Found a girl on dating site.She introduced me to a website pampapro.org And asked me to invest and it grew rapidly .At last now I cannot withdraw anything because it asks for taxes. I was certain I was in a scam.I thought the girl was not a real girl.We didn't ever did a video chat,just had a few voice conversations. I asked someone who had interacted with her social media account in the past and I was told that they have met the person in the past. How much does it make sense for me to file a complaint against that person.if it's the case that the girl was not scamming me and did believe in the website herself and was getting scammed and involved me ,how would it affect me. The major thing is I am on a visa in USA ,how would me filing a complain affect me in the future. Can be blunt but don't bash me ,I have already beaten myself up mentally for being so stupid and get in the situation
