I was looking for shoes and came across this website mariadavid-newyork.com Ok, based in New York. I found a pair I liked and placed an order. I wanted to use Paypal, but that option wasn't available. I did not want to use my card information, so I used CashApp. The payment went to a company called Whop. That raised my suspicions. I received several emails saying that my order has shipped, or my order is getting ready to ship, etc. Then I received a tracking number. It is coming from China? This tracking number was a few digits too short according to AI, and it went through Yun Express - it has said "Shipment information received" for the past 3 days. ParcelPanel.com says tracking not found. Anyway, I have gone through this before, and I am not going to argue with them through email because it just stretches it out past the time I can file a claim. I am working with Whop to get my money back. Not sure if it will work but I am trying. Oh, the address at the bottom of one email (just one) is an address in Sheridan Wyoming. I found an article from the Sheridan Press with a headline "Another scam recorded from business related to 30 N.
