pardons.org

Is Pardons.org a scam? I spoke to a few people through their live chat service but quickly became suspicious after trying multiple times during the day and getting all hot white girls with nicely photographed profile pictures. After questioning the chat bot on it, it seemed like they were incapable of acknowledging anything outside of a certain paradigm. Right away this set off alarms for me, if they're throwing up fake chat bots of hot girls up to lure in their target demographic (male criminals) then how can you trust them? They actually have an office though, with proper business hours, the domain name is also nice, but i don't know. Anyone?
