I was looking for a natural weight loss supplement to assist me with my health goals and came across Patched.com I read their website and reviews and thought it seemed to be a legit company. Upon placing my original order, they had another discount offer with a better price and more patches, so I decided to go with the "better deal" package. I saw on the checkout page they had included the original order AND the discounted order. There's no customer service number to call so comsumer is only left to email company. I decided to research more and came across negative reviews anout the company and their product so I then chose to cancel my order (just within 30mims of placing it). I emailed Patched.com customer service email provided on their website and received a reaponse stating we're sorry to see you canceled your order but a refund will be given. How interesting that at the same moment my bank texted me asking if I made a purchase with this company and because I did, I responded yes. This was my assured answer and RED FLAG that canceling my order was the right thing to do and the company isn’t trust worthy. However, in receiving the email I'd get my refund back, I felt confident the company would honor it's statement. I placed my order December 2 2025 and never received my refumd in December 2025 or January 2026! I followed up with Patched customer service advising I still hadn't received my 2 refunds...$89.97 & $119.94 from canceled order on December 2 2025. They eventually refunded $89.97 but not the $119.94 in February 2026. I submiited another email advising that their conpany is a scam, unprofessional with poor business ethics. How does a company keep your money, decide of the 2 payments which one they CHOOSE to refund back and you canceled your order which means you NEVER RECEIVED your order and think that's good business!
