PerioCare.us sells a dental gel product that is sold to help with gum disease. It has dangerous ingredients DMDMHydantoin and Diazoliding Urea which create Formaldehyde in the mouth. They changed their website which clued me into their criminal operation. The shipment was from a false address. Their new website is Periocare.us and their product has a new design but it has no address or contact. I should have known better.
