Issue: Item not received / fraudulent seller This seller appears to be operating fraudulently for sending fake tracking numbers. After purchase, they provide tracking numbers that show the package stuck at customs. When asked for updates, they issue new tracking numbers with delivery dates, but the items are never delivered. I checked my mailbox on the stated delivery dates and nothing was received. Order details: • 2 travel makeup bags ordered on 11/25 • Paid via PayPal (Visa debit) • $34.09 + $27.92 = $62.10 total • PayPal merchant: Justen Trading Company Limited • Website: petitionm.com • Email: [email protected] Tracking falsely shows shipment from Portugal, and I continue receiving promotional emails from the seller despite never receiving the items. I did not receive my order and believe this seller is using deceptive practices. I am requesting a full refund and investigation.
