Dan Pug Paradise website seemed thorough and did not come up in any searches. I neglected to search Dan's phone number, which I did after it was too late and discovered that it had been previously reported here with the exact same scam process. I used Chime to pay him a deposit for a pug puppy. He texted me and seemed legit and knowledgeable, screening me for dog ownership, etc. When it came time to ship her to me he sent me tracking info and when I went to petmoverss.com it was full of typos and broken English. The "company" emailed me and then called me for the wire transfer for a temp controlled dog crate deposit of 2300 that would be returned upon delivery.
