I was looking to buy a Rottweiler puppy. I found this website on puppies.com, then followed a link to warrenrottweilers.com. I found the puppy I wanted from a list of about 17 Rottweiler puppies for sale. Each puppy was priced $700. I filled out a contact form on their site and was immediately contacted through text from them. Everything seemed legit. $700 for the puppy. $200 to have the dog flown on an airplane from Virginia to New York and delivered to my house by the pet company that they hired to fly him to me. $900 total. They sent pictures and a video of the puppy. After asking me for my name, address, email and nearest airport, they sent me a contract by email. I attached the file below. The contract looked legit and the terms were favorable until they wanted $500 to hold the dog for 2 weeks. The dog only cost $700. I looked up ways to find a legit breeder and these people met almost all the criteria. Until I looked up there license number which doesn't exist and they wanted me to pay them through Chime. They wouldn't accept my bank card. The final red flag was they refused to do a live zoom call with the puppy. I told them if they couldn't do that I was not getting the puppy. They even offered to take $50 off the price if I drove to Virginia to pick the puppy up! I feel really stupid that I spent 3 days talking to these people and making plans to get this dog. My kids are so disappointed. I found them on petscam.com but other than that they are not on the Internet being shown to people they are scammers! I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
