i was looking to remove the back ground of a picture and the site named pictoart.net showed up in google search . they offered the service for $0.5. i used paypal to pay for $0.5 and downloaded the picture as per the service. the next day they charged paypal $49. 90 as a subscription fee. ORANGE SUNSHINE LLC also known as pictoart.net offers the services of scanning photos for 0.10 cents (CAD). Instead they implicitly sign the user into membership and charge the fee $69.00 that the user has no knowledge or agreement to. Paypal knows about this scam but failed to act and closed my case without re-imbursing the money.
