Would you consider review website pissedconsumer.com a scam for publishing reviews that are clearly not real?
Is "Direct Energy" a scam? Had a woman come by, door to door, today and explain to us how we could get cheaper gas and electrical bills. She was a little pushy (in the manner of salespeople) and we ended up changing over to her company. In retrospect, I'm feeling a bit worried we just got scammed. A quick google search brings up http://www.pissedconsumer.com/reviews-by-company/direct-energy.html Does anyone have experience with this company? Did i just get scammed? Should I cancel this immediately? How is it going to screw me over?
