I placed an order for some oversized paper flowers from podunksbar.com which was featured on Pinterest. The tracking stopped when it stated that the item was in my home town. Then nothing. There was a tracking number but no Delivery service posted. When I emailed them at their customer service email address they claimed that the item was delivered and that I should check around my community for it and to contact my local postal service. I returned email that it wasn't delivered to a neighbor and I couldn't contact the delivery service because there wasn't one listed. They wanted me to send a certificate from the delivery service in order for the item to be resent or a refund provided.
