I purchased a ring from the website of Pointnopointstudio.com. I was contacted by email to confirm purchase and size details. The ring I recieved was not the ring I purchased and I have provided evidence of what was listed for me with my specifications. Also you will see my certificate of authenticity they provided me matches the purchased ring. When I contacted them upon recieving the substitute ring they denied differences in the photos I shared with them. They stated that it was because lighting is different. I then pointed out specific differences in stone cut and colors and shape while they still denied the differences. I demanded my money back after they offered to swap it out with an equal or more expensive ring in stock. They refunded my money after argument. I waited a couple months to report because I thought maybe they had just made a mistake and had trouble with accepting responsibility. I am now confident this was intentional deception as I found the exact same ring I had purchased for sale today on their website at a higher price and different description.
