0n April 12, I submitted an order and payment of $597.96 to pondprosdepot.com for 2 heavy duty Biaxial geogrid mesh rolls (12.5 ft. X 246 ft.) Made in the USA. After completing the order, i received an email saying that I had been charged $200 by Rafael Angel Montes... on April 12, 2026 for $200.00 USD. Then this morning on April 13, I received another email from Rafael Angel Montes... saying I was being charged for $230.00 USD! This appears to be very suspicious, looking like an attempted scam! But I am giving them a chance to explain what is going on, and why I am receiving these charges without any explanation of what they are for, and why I was charged these 2 separate amounts instead of the $597.96 for the 2 heavy duty Biaxial geogrid mesh rolls (12.5 ft. X 246 ft.) Made in the USA. I also told them that I need an explanation for when I will receive the 2 heavy duty Biaxial geogrid mesh rolls (12.5 ft. X 246 ft.) Made in the USA. But I now no longer want anything from them except a refund of my $230 that they scammed me for. I have also found that they have extremely poor reviews online, and appear to have scammed others as well. This Charge for $230 showed up on my AMEX app. I called the phone number on my AMEX account, which turned out to be PayPal, shown there to dispute the fraudulent charge by a Rafael Angel something. They found it and said they would investigate it. They told me to login to my PayPal account to follow the progress in the resolution center on their site. However, I told them that I do not have a PayPal account, so I cannot login to follow on it. she said I do have a PayPal account if I made this purchase using PayPal. But I told her I have no PayPal account, nor do I have any login credentials to login to such, and that I have tried to access the PayPal website and their resolution center, but since I have no login credentials, I am unable to do so.
