Community Reports

On January 18, 2026 I placed an order on website premiumgardensupply.com in the amount of $41.99. The only payment method they offered was through PayPal. I completed the transaction using my PayPal account linked to my Visa card. I received what I thought was a valid confirmation from PayPal saying I had authorized a payment of $41.99 to Toby McCullough. The next day I received a call from the Visa Fraud Team reporting that I had suspicious transactions on my card. I logged in and identified the unauthorized transactions, which the Fraud Team then removed, and they cancelled my card and issued a new one. I approved the $41.99 transaction, as I believed it was a legitimate charge at that time. On January 25th I emailed Premium Garden Supply (using email address [email protected] from their website) to verify they had received my order. My email bounced back as undeliverable. There is no phone number or other means of contact on their website. I Googled the name premiumgardensupply.com and found that it may be a scam. The $41.99 was charged to my Visa card, so I opened a case with Visa to request a credit. I also notified PayPal of the transaction; they told me they did not send the confirmation email. The one I received was a clever fake. I wanted to report this to you in the hope you can take steps to prevent fraud from this website in the future.
