On 1/31/2026 I did a Google search for a salt grinder and got a hit at Pricesstore.com. I ordered it and paid $50.99 with my VISA debit card. I received a confirmation of my order#5748 from Pricesstore, [email protected] . I sent an email on 2/10/26 to [email protected] (email listed in confirmation email) asking if my order was going to be shipped soon. I received a response on 2/11/26 saying it has been shipped - may take 5-12 business days. I sent another email on 2/20/26 asking for a tracking number. I did not receive a response. I sent another email on 2/24/26 asking for an update. I did not receive a response. On 3/1/26 I sent an email asking for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. I did not receive a response. On 3/13/2026, I submitted an Issue with an order through the Shopify form. Shopify acknowledged that a copy of my message was forwarded to the related merchant. Still there was no response. On 4/12/2026, I asked Google if pricesstore.com is legit. I received the following AI response: "Pricesstore.com appears to be a fraudulent or highly risky online store, not a legitimate retailer. Customer reports indicate it is likely a scam where items are never delivered, or low-quality alternatives are sent, with many users reporting 1-star experiences." I am now filing official reports.
