I ordered their diffusers or 2.22.26, with expedited shipping, and received an email confirmation. Per their policy, there is a 1-2 day processing time and expedited shipping is 3-5 days. On 2.27.26, I noticed that the product still had not been shipped. I emailed their customer service and immediately received a reply (it really was so quick that I think that it was an automatic generated email) stating that it would be investigated further. I have emailed again and even called the number. No additional responses through email and the phone number just rings busy.
