On 4-Feb-2026 I purchased a "Razer Viper Ultralight Ambidextreme Chroma RGB Pink Mouse" from the site qocese.com. But then I got a very strange "Conformation" from a [email protected] , - from a completely different website. I did not receive confirmation of the amount I paid. I don't see my order in My Account at the seller's website. What I only see in the account is: "MY ORDER HISTORY: - You have not yet made any purchases." Despite I placed an order and paid the money. I sent a request asking to clarify this misconception both to service@qocese and to padma@vipemhelp. The address service@qocese is listed at the qocese website, I took it from there. But then I got an email as a reply; - An error message from "MAILER-DAEMON - Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up". So, I paid money, but no product listed for me to be delivered, and no reply on my request, and the help service at qocese doesn't work.
