I purchased the 420+ Excel Templates bundle from ReadyExcels.com, but I never received access to the templates I paid for. About two months ago, I contacted their support team and provided screenshots of my order number and email confirmation. Their initial response was that they could not locate my order. They then instructed me to log into the website, stating that I should see a download link in my account. However, when I logged in, the account page clearly showed “No orders found.” I sent them additional screenshots showing exactly what appeared in my account and clearly explained that I had proof of purchase. After seeing the screenshots and order confirmation, they said they would escalate the issue. I specifically requested that they either: Provide the 420+ Excel template download links, or Issue a full refund I was told that someone would contact me within 3 business days, but that was over a month ago. At first, they were somewhat responsive, but after that, communication stopped. I followed up again last week and received no response. I emailed them again 2 days ago and still have not received any reply. I also submitted a new contact form through their website in an attempt to get someone to respond, but nothing has been resolved. At this point, I have proof of purchase, proof of communication, and still have not received the product or a refund. I am leaving this review because consumers should be aware that my experience with this company has involved non-delivery of a paid digital product, poor follow-up, and lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly.
