On November 21st, 2025 I made a purchase on "realtakai.com" totaling 79$ US with shipping included. I paid with a debit card. I started to get worried when it hadn't arrived by February and I sent multiple emails to their support and DMs to their instagram. I got no emails back and only prewritten messages on Instagram that were sent automatically. It is now mid April and they have taken down their website completely and I cannot track or access my order. So I have ordered from realtakai.com before. They are a clothing store, I'm pretty sure they dropship Korean and Japanese products. Anyway, I placed an order on November 27, 2025. I spent $217.94. On December 23, 2025, the order was still unfulfilled. I emailed them to inquire about the delay, and never got a response. On March 3, 2026, the order remained unfulfilled. I emailed them saying this delay is unacceptable, and demanded a refund. I received an automated email saying they will respond within 24-48 hours. As of 2:30 pm, March 5, 2026, I have not received any response. If you look online on their Instagram (@realtakai, @realtakai_jp), there are people in the comments who said they never received their order. If you search for Realtakai on Reddit, you will find something similar. Like I mentioned, I ordered from them before. At that time, I received my items, albeit after around a month. However, 4-5 months of having an order unfulfilled is unacceptable, especially if there is no communication from the seller. It is obvious this company is scamming people, and I will be initiating a chargeback on my purchase.
