The website REFLY.org claims to provide compensation for delayed flights and they have not contacted me or replied to my numerous contacts to my claim. I called TAP airlines and they stated that REFLY was paid $600 for the late flight and to work with them on getting the funds. To date I have not received any reply from them on the status of the funds and my payment. I have read many reviews on consumer sites complaining of the same situation. The customer is "ghosted" and REFLY.org stops communication once the funds are received from the airline. Please look into this company because they are defrauding many consumers with their deceptive marketing and unethical business practices.
