Two company names, two countries, no real office in either. The domain was registered in January 2025. Their AML policy references the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, and the Criminal Finances Act 2017. However, neither "Fintechnet Solutions Ltd" nor "Fintechnet Limited" appears on the FCA Register. Under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, operating a regulated payment service without FCA authorisation is a criminal offence. Multiple merchants on Trustpilot independently report the same experience: funds withheld, repeated requests for identity documents, documents accepted then declared invalid, requests for documents that do not exist in certain EU countries, and threats to refund customers if verification is not completed.
