I ordered a lace covered Halloween dress , I also bought a sweater and purchased the insurance https://resolution.seel.com/customer-portal/login) that was supposed to refund my money if my order didn’t arrive in 7-10 days I was also supposed to receive a full refund if I wasn’t 100% satisfied. I was 100% dissatisfied with what I received. It arrived after 30 days . And was nothing like what was advertised. The sweater was not a sweater, it was screen printed polyester and the lace covered dress was not a dress at all . It was a screen printed cape the barely came to my knees. I contacted the company the day I received my package and told them I wasn’t happy and wanted a full refund. They sent a link to the insurance company that never worked. The company also told me to tell the insurance company that my package was lost , otherwise they would only give me a partial refund. After many emails back and forth with the insurance company I sent them a picture of the garbage that I received. They informed me that they don’t cover misrepresentation of products or lack of quality. They did appreciate that I told them that the company they represent asked me to lie to them . But no refund. The insurance company said to contact the company again. I did . They said they would refund my money in 15 working days .. well it’s been 15 working days now and no refund no response. I share this information and photo to all my friends that shop on facebook. All I can do is laugh now at how badly they misrepresented the items. I’m out $86 but lesson learned!
