A day pass on April 3rd 2026 for the water park in Arizona located at the fairmont Scottsdale princess hotel was booked through ResortPass.com (Booking ID#49522975). Due to inclement weather, our flight into Arizona was canceled the night of. Resort pass stated we could cancel on the day of up until 10 AM. We attempted to cancel by 7 AM the same day. However the website would not allow us to do so. We have attempted to contact the resort- pass-customer service number and have sent at least 3 to 5 emails with no response from anyone at resort pass. The customer service phone number does not allow you to speak to anyone and no one returns our emails which were sent numerous times as stated. The amount charged to our credit card was $522.39. Due to no contacting us from the company, we believe that this is a scam of a company. Customer service is zero. We hope by posting this to others they will be warned and not have the same situation happened to them.
