Since Ring automatically records loud audio from far away, it easily captures people without their knowledge. We are renting one of our rooms (non-HOA place) to a friend (who has Ring app access), but I want to be safe rather than sorry. One of the cameras can slightly see the street, and another one slightly in the neighbor's side yard. Legal Type Questions: A. Does NRS 200.620 apply to exterior recording of exterior home areas?
