Was charged $19.99 on the first of the month. I want to cancel this, have not even tried the tests but can't afford the $359.82 to keep subscription going for 18 months of test results that I'm not confident would be accurate. The hook was "free reports" and "best value" buying the bulk order. For 18 months. The supplies include cups to collect urine sample, test strips that resemble PH & Ketones test strips, a stack of cards with the same pic on all of them & some tiny wipes. I feel cheated and have no way to cancel or return supplies as they provide no contact or support information. All leads are dead ends or they only connect to other businesses unrelated to Ribboncheckup.com. There should be a way to get these crooks shut down and charged criminally for the unauthorized use of payment information & false contact info, no customer service & false promises of easy returns 30 day refund option.
