I ordered this product that took a long time to get here (which once I figured it was from China I understood, especially given recent events). I could never get an actual tracking number to see how it was coming, I can only see it through their tracking system. It was supposed to be delivered Friday, but it's not in my mailbox and none of my neigbors have it. I have asked them to track and provide me with an actual tracking since they told me the Post Office should have delivered it. They just sent another email essentially asking me again to check, telling me it's been delivered, and still refusing to provide any actual tracking number I could use to reach out to my post office or file a claim with USPS. At this point, it's feeling like I'm not going to get this product or my money back. I ordered a sweater online for a company that seems real under the domain rileyridge.com. They said it would be delivered by December 26th and processed the order December 15th.
