I am ****** ******, an immigration attorney in San Diego, CA and a member of the California bar. I was contacted by a noncitizen in Florida becauase someone purporting to be me is asking him for thousands of dollars to help with an immigration case. This person sent me email copies, and they come from "lic.***********rimmigration.com" which is not my email. They also sent a copy of a service contract, from that email, from what purports to be a law office called "Tramites Migratorios Online Latinos", which which I have no affiliation.I am attaching a copy of that contract, as well as a copy of the email that the noncitizen received from the email noted (which says it is from "****** ** ******" which is me, although that is not my email address.
