[UK] Be careful of the birthday email scam from www.rituals.com especially if you have signed up to their loyalty system Guys the Rituals cosmetics birthday scam is real please be careful and don't purchase anything that looks too good to be true (unless you are in the physical store). I received an email right on my birthday saying I've got a birthday present. I clicked on the link to find out more to which it takes you to a website explaining that you can buy 5 products for £9.99 and then it prompts you to enter your details. What was strange was that my name was already pre-filled (this almost never happens). To check if it was real I searched previous emails that I had received from them and the style of the email was completely different. Also the ending with ritualsbio was odd too. I suppose what initially made me suspicious was that I rarely receive emails from Rituals unless it's an e-receipt. Question: does this mean my data with Rituals cosmetics has been compromised and is there any way to erase my information with them?
