Need help please~!~!~! About a month ago I bought a jersey off of Rmkstore.com which is a hong kong retailer of sneakers and athletic wear. I know for sure they sell legit stuff (website isn't that shady, plenty of good reviews, prices aren't super cheap) so I pulled the trigger and bought it. After a week without a tracking number, I asked them if it had been shipped. They said they ran out, so I asked for a refund. The said they sent it, and the past 4 WEEKS has been back and forth with "nuh uh we sent it" and me not receiving it. I went into my bank which I bought it with and told them about it, and they said that I had never gotten a refund, and that I'm getting jipped. I said I'm still in the process of working it out so my bank shouldn't pursue action yet. They haven't responded in a week and I'm getting fed up with their bullshit. I'm trying to contact the lady I spoke to at my bank with no luck. Am I protected? What action should I take?
