I originally discovered this business through a TikTok advertisement, and proceeded to place an order (was under the false assumption that if it was advertised on TikTok, it probably wasn’t a full-blown scam). Rozvra.com, which insinuates that it is based in the UK/England, but whose site information indicates it’s based in China, swiftly and happily took my money, claimed to be processing the order, then provided me with tracking information on what already seemed like a dubious website. After doing more research, I concluded that the site was definitely suspicious, and upon further discovery, found that Rozvra.com had a poor reputation itself. The damage was done, so I shrugged it off and waited for my package, which (no surprise here) never even arrived. I was home on the day in question, and after reviewing my doorbell camera footage, I found that they were either lying or there was a major error in transit, as NO ONE came to my place of residence to deliver a package on the day the tracking indicates my package was delivered. I reached out to them regarding the situation, and they simply replied back with a screenshot of the exact same tracking information that I already had access to, stating the obvious: that it was “delivered.” I then asked them to ship another order (it was just a hoodie) because despite the mishap, I really just wanted the product that I ordered. In their reply, they lamented that there was absolutely nothing they could do because the tracking information indicates the package was delivered. They had completely dismissed my proven claim that the delivery did not take place, and was therefore not successful, despite what the website indicates. I requested a photo, or ANY type of proof of delivery, to which they replied that there was no supporting documentation at all.
