I saw an add on Facebook. It said if i take a survey i will get a free boneless couch with a delivery charge of 9.99. I tok the survey tried processing the payment on their website runclud.com and it said it did not complete the transaction. BUt in my bank account it said they infact took the 9.99. Than a few hours later the company charged my account for 24.58. Which was rejected by my account. I googled the website and it said that the company has already been reported for similar issues with other customers to the BBB.
