This website is an imposter of RV Part Shop. They have completely stolen their logo and website, including the products listed on there. I have personally worked with the real RV Part Shop (rvpartshop.com), and they are wonderful. However, the logo is what throws people off. You can reach out to them, but they will not respond and do not have another way to contact or rectify. When I reached out to the real place, the lady there told me this has been happening more frequently lately and recommended I reach out to my bank to reverse the charges. She was very responsive and I'm grateful for that, but want to warn others to be cautious that you are ordering from the official sites, and not the scam versions of companies!!!
