Need some advice for an Internet order I placed So I placed an order at salejewelryonline.com on the 10th May (spelling I know, right?!) despite my better judgement. I paid $35 + $10 shipping (I live in the UK) and I've had nothing so far other than a confirmation email, nothing to say about dispatch or anything. I've emailed them to ask what's going on, and I get the same email every time, I can confirm payment for order bla bla bla and sorry for the delay, we'll send the tracking number once we've received it from the post office. Ive asked them two or three times now to either refund me or just send the item back, and I always get that same reply with a few hours with one or two wording changes. Where would I need to send an email to complain about this, or to try and get some money back or something? Any advice someone could give me would be much appreciated :)
