(U S) Do NOT buy from Box Office Ticket Sales.com Me and two friends went to buy tickets for a sporting event in Chicago and tried to avoid fees by going “directly” through what we thought was the box office. I called a number I found, but it turned out to be BoxOfficeTicketSales.com. (didn't realize this until everything was completed) The agent rushed the call and said there was only a 10% fee, but unbeknownst to me they had already inflated the ticket price. We ended up paying $113 per ticket, compared to $67 at the box office or $87 on Ticketmaster. I didn’t realize until after that I would’ve been better off using Ticketmaster, and the tickets won’t even arrive until 2 days before the event. Some reviews suggest delivery or refund issues can happen too. Lesson learned: be careful who you’re actually buying from.

12/12/2025,ordered item from Swix sales.com, Laredo Texas for 126.00. Debit card charged 99.00 to Molly Trading Inc. on 12/12/2025.??? email says item shipped via Global Express on 12/16/2025. tracking said item delivered 1/11/2026. nowhere to b found. started dialog 1/13 said item not delivered was told to b patient they are looking into it. 3 wks later they say to b patient they are looking into it.
