I ordered a pair of heated socks for $79.99 from savingprime.com. The socks came in, one sock battery didn’t turn on at all. The other sock did, but there was no warmth coming from the sock. I emailed the company, they did reach back out to me and asked to send a short video & picture, in which I did and was accepted by them. They then offered me to credit my account 15% and keep the socks. I said no, they do not work and their website states a one year warranty. Then I didn’t hear back from them. Reached out again, the woman apologized and said I sent everything they need. I ask for an address or shipping label. They gave me an address as they do not provide return shipping labels. They offered to credit me $23 to cover the shipping and then would credit the rest once they received the item. I went to UPS, the worker printed me out the rate to ship it back which was $314.00. I reached out savingprime multiple times now and have not heard a word back to resolve this issue. Their website promotes customer satisfaction guarantee, one year warranties, hassle free orders, etc. Now my 30 day return window is coming close and I’ve gotten absolutely no where and nothing from these people but ignored.
