kucoin possible scam I deposited money on the 28th 2 different times, both times i checked the deposit address and they both matched. BUT money was never deposited. I asked for help threw twitter, and threw there help service they provide. OfCourse nothing live. You have to wait and wait. So i waited but by the time anyone had gotten to me, my deposit address on there website had changed. So i took a photo of it. I continued to explain that 1) my address had changed 2) i never received my funds. They tell me that its my fault. That its my computer or my extensions. I have 2 extensions and have always had them. a Pop up blocker, and Ginger the spelling extension. I did a full virus scan as well and sent them the video of it completing. Then the next day my address changed AGAIN. So i took a photo of that. They claim it is hackers. Well as far as i know hackers don't just leave money sitting inside addresses. And even more money is being deposited still. There was a a transaction a few days ago. But the money is all just sitting there. I looked up both TRX addresses they posted to my account Which i will include. Since these deposits my address has no changed once. I'm not expert but i would think if some one was hacking my web browser to change the addresses they would need to know exactly when i was going to make deposits. If im able i will show the pictures of the address changing. Seems crazy that addresses change on there server, no one responds while the address is incorrect. Then when they finally do they blame us.
