Got Scammed by Escort I tried to hire an escort in Brisbane. I found a number from a website and texted her in whatsapp. She demanded for $100 upfront charge which i sent and when it was around the meetup time she again asked for $200 as we agreed for 1 hour =60 minutes 300$. Later, she shared me her location and said that she will be walking to my apartment. But she demanded money as a security deposit. I dont know why i send 180$ as security deposit which she said will be refunded. Again she asked for $400 which i also paid as she said its her tip which will be refunded as well. Then she asked $800 for medical expenses if something happens and will return it if the meetup goes smooth then i realised it’s a scam. I denied to send any more money and i lost 880$. I al filing a dispute online and will i get into trouble if i sent all the texts with her to the bank to file a dispute? It’s my hard earned money but i dont want to get into trouble either.
