Elderly relative received letter supposedly from United Healthcare. Letter looked authentic and it asked to be contacted regarding medical care that might be the result of an accident or injury for treatment on or about a certain date. We contacted UHC with the member website on relative’s UHC card and were informed that UHC does not have a department/link to selfservice.katchiq.com.
