I placed an order with SheCurve (shecurve.com) on January 6, 2025 for approximately $137 worth of undergarments. The website advertised "Free Shipping" with no indication of extended production or processing times. After 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any communication, I emailed customer support on January 17th. I received no response. I followed up again on January 20th requesting an update. Only after my second follow-up did I receive a response claiming my order was being "specially made" and would require an additional 10-15 business days to ship — despite ordering standard inventory items with no customization. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Upon researching the company, I found numerous complaints on their Instagram page from other customers reporting: (1) orders never arriving, (2) no tracking information provided, (3) no responses to refund requests, and (4) the company refusing to honor their stated refund policy. The pattern of behavior — collecting payment, providing no product or tracking, delaying with excuses, and ignoring refund requests — indicates this is a fraudulent operation. The sizing guide was inaccurate as the products received were not at all the right measurements.. The shipping policy was inaccurate as it took two months to receive the order. The return policy was inaccurate as they are unwilling to refund my expense or allow me to return the products. There was no customer service number to talk to a representative.
