I purchased an item from Shop.Atlas.co on November 28th, 2025, after seeing advertising on facebook. My credit card was charged $43.19 CAD that day. I did not receive the product or shipping confirmation. Emailed customer support on Dec 10th. They said it was "in transit" and it should have arrived by then, so they would check with the carrier. Waited 7 days. No product or update. Emailed again. Almost same ChatGPT response from them about contacting carrier. Called them out for the same response after 7 days, using ChatGPT and demanded full refund if I don't get product. Seemingly an actual person responded, apologizing but said to give them another 2 WEEKS for an update from carrier. If no update, I would receive a refund. Waiting 2 weeks. No product, update or refund. Emailed them - NO RESPONSE. Did some digging. Discovered they charged me TWO MORE TIMES (Dec 5 - $42.97 CAD, Jan 4 - $42.27 CAD)! Investigated more online and they found they have an automatic monthly membership as soon as you buy a product and this is ONLY MENTIONED IN THEIR TERMS AND SERVICES). At no point during the four emails I received from her ("Hazel") and me asking for a refund for the product was the membership even mentioned. In my last email to them, again NO RESPONSE, I called them out as a scam company, that I would be contacting my bank about the charges, and I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. So, at this point, I have been charged $128.43 for zero products and a membership to nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
