I ordered a $9.99 trial of thier Sylairix on Dec 9th, 2025 and there was an included "Subscription" that would take effect on 1/9/2-25. As of 12/22/25, my original order still has not arrived and despite multiple emails with "Order updates" I have not received anything I can trust. Every email and link to thier site insists there is a method of canceling the subscription, but there is not one I can find, and no instructions on how to do so. I emailed [email protected] on 12/22/25 to cancel the subscription and provided my order # and email address On 12/23/25 I recieved an email from luvost telling me the subcription had been canceld "But that I should cancel my card to be sure" I immediately received a notice 12/23/25 that my card had been charged for the subscription of $59.99 + $9.95 shipping + $15.74 taxes = $85.69 Mind you, this is long before the 1/9/25 renewal date and IMMEDIATELY after emailing to cancel on 12/22/25 Luvost has been responding claiming they have canceled the subscription and ignoreign the fact they had fraudulently charged me for the subscription LONG BEFORE they should have., I have reported the Fraud to my Bank, contesting the charge, and to thier online payment system on shop.net I am hoping to stop anyone else from getting scammed with this report [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Luvost.com] [Location: IL, USA - 60073]
