Throughout the month of March 2026, leading up to Easter weekend, I received many advertisements via my Facebook account to purchase Glow Baby stuffed animals which light up. I saw a deal of buying 2 getting a 3rd free (or with some deep discount) and I followed the Facebook ad to the site to place the order on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. I have the email confirmations. The confirmation email sent from [email protected] around 8am on 3/12/26 says I purchased order #1499 for $58.98 (stating that I saved $29.99) and "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected] ". (Note: I emailed that email address today but do not expect that I will receive a response based on my prior experiences). I received another email from [email protected] on 3/14/26 around 6:30am with the subject line "A shipment from order #1499 is on the way" and the email states at the bottom: "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected] " (note: a different email address than the first email).
